Check out 27 more minutes of Star Wars Outlaws gameplay
A couple of days ago, Ubisoft released an official video with 10 minutes of Star Wars Outlaws gameplay. And then YouTuber Rubhen925 shared another video with 27 minutes of additional gameplay.
This video gives an expanded look at the combat system and exploration of the game’s world. It also demonstrates travel in space. At first, it seemed like the game’s landing system would be similar to Star Citizen, where you can fly seamlessly from the surface to space without any seams. However, it turns out that the landing system in Outlaws is more reminiscent of what we saw in Starfield. When you approach a planet, you select a landing site, and then a cutscene plays while the game loads the planet.
The good news is that Star Wars Outlaws has a significantly better loading sequence than Starfield. However, don’t expect this process to happen in real time.
Star Wars Outlaws will support ray tracing effects and DLSS 3.5 Ray Reconstruction. Details should appear closer to release.
Star Wars Outlaws releases August 30th on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
