Sky of Tides has been compared to other popular narrative RPGs, but it has a key difference. Even though there are 32 endings in the game, it is balance (not stat enhancement) that will lead to the true ending. Results depend on the player’s ability to reach thresholds in each of five stat categories – compassion, intelligence, courage, luck and humor.
Achieving balance reveals the true ending of the game and leads to a special reward: for those players who can get this ending, temporary access to the animated series will be opened, and you can watch all five of its episodes directly from the game. The show Sky of Tides: Atla will allow you to look at the world of Nyumen9 through the eyes of another protagonist – Atla Gildeon.
