The creators of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and ATS will delight fans with controllers. First look at the advanced settings from the 1.51 update
Not everyone plays Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator on the keyboard. SCS Software hears the community’s requests and gradually improves the game.
The developers of the truck driver simulators Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator are preparing update 1.51 and gradually introducing the community to the new features. In the presented diary issue, SCS Software decided to tell about the new vision of controller settings.
ETS 2 and ATS version 1.51 will offer an improved settings system that should allow fans to easily manage the game and give them more flexibility and control.
As the developers explained , in 1.51 it will be possible to control more of the game’s features using only a controller. And they noted: ” …we also tried to adjust the controls in such a way that they resemble driving a vehicle in real life, which we hope will be natural and more exciting for you! “
The developers have warned that these changes may, in some cases, reset players’ existing setups in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. This is expected to affect users with Steam Input, but some fans are keeping a copy of their setups just in case.
