Can Lifebox be deleted?

LifeBox is an application that can be deleted just like any other application. However, deleting the application directly does not mean canceling your current subscription. If your monthly subscription continues, you will continue to pay every month even if you delete the application. If you do not want to pay at all, you need to delete your Lifebox account .

How to Cancel Lifebox?

If you want to cancel your Lifebox subscription, there are multiple channels you can use. However, if you want to delete your account directly, you can follow the steps below.

  • First, open the account deletion link on your computer.
  • After logging in, click on the “log in” button in the top right corner.
  • Once you log in, go to the settings section.
  • Click on “Delete My Account” at the bottom of the page that appears.
  • You can have your account deleted by confirming the warning that appears.

Note: As you can see, it is possible to complete the Lifebox Account Deletion process in a few steps. However, the most important detail you should pay attention to is that your account will remain inactive for 30 days. If your account is not logged in, Lifebox will be canceled at the end of 30 days.

How to Delete Lifebox Account from Phone?

We can delete your Lifebox account from your internet browser or via the mobile application. To do this, simply follow the steps below;

  • First, open the Lifebox app.
  • Once you log in to the app, tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  • Access the “Settings” tab at the end of the page that opens.
  • After logging in, tap on “Delete My Account” at the bottom of the page.
  • Answer yes to the question “Are you sure you want to delete your account?”

After all these processes, your account will first be deactivated and then completely closed.

How to Cancel Lifebox Subscription?

Monthly Individual Lifebox Cancellation can be done via SMS, mobile application, customer services and customer centers. You can easily cancel your Lifebox subscription by following the steps we have listed for you.

If you purchased a Lifebox subscription when you purchased your mobile phone, you can cancel it within the first 2 months by typing CANCEL LIFEBOX CAMPAIGN and sending it to 2200.
