The development of Dead Island 2 is slowly continuing. The developers decided to team up with another famous franchise, Kingdom Come Deliverance.
The creators of Dead Island 2 shared further plans for the development of the cooperative game. A new mode is expected, as well as another collaboration.
It was recently announced that a pack in the style of the famous franchise is being prepared for Dead Island 2 – “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Pack”.
Also in the works is a cooperative game mode called Neighborhood Watch: according to the plot, the characters are trying to protect their improvised “base” from the invasion of the living dead. There are various weapons and gadgets to destroy the threat, for example, it will be possible to freeze enemies and set traps. They will offer to play for several classes, which will have to be upgraded and open up new opportunities.
Neighborhood Watch is set to release on October 22, 2024, and will be free for Dead Island 2 owners. There will also be a New Game Plus mode.
